Very cute style but they squeak (walking on carpeted floor), the green stain is a bit splotchy, and they have a bad chemical smell. These are going back. What a disappointment, they are so cute and fit my feet.

I love the look of spring step, but the Medium always runs too wide for me

I love these shoes! I indicated excellent arch support because compared to my previous shoes these feel great. I have a high arch and need the support.

Love these shoes! They accommodate my wide feet and are very cushioned. I wore them to walk around Spain for a week with no discomfort.
I have wide, flat feet and this is the first time I’ve found a brand of shoes that is consistently comfortable.

These have a great look and design but they just did not work for my feet. These are made for a “high volume” (thick or “meaty”) foot (or maybe mine are just ultra bony, skinny?). Maybe I should have tried them with socks, but definitely can’t be worn barefoot, or, at least, I wouldn’t be able to . . . the strap across the instep was very scratchy and abrasive. The foot bed had a thick, pillow-like cushion, but it wasn’t a dense one so my foot sank quickly into it only to be met by a very hard surface underneath, which was very painful to the balls of my feet. They were true-to-size for me and fits a C-width foot easily. These may work for someone else, but not me.

Cute shoe but I don’t like the fact that the buckle is only decorative and that the “Adjustable buckle closure for an adjustable fit” mentioned in the description hides a hook-and-loop closure that, with my high instep, would be exposed.

Oh, how I LOVE the look of this shoe!! Cute, well-made, but, it didn’t work for a foot that needs a deep shoe. Beautiful packaging as well.

Super cute pair of shoes and comfortable for my almost flat feet. Wore them out of the box for a 10 hour day in the clinic with no issues. Did not wear socks with them and towards mid day my feet were making a “sqeaking” noise with each step- kinda emabrrassing- but laughed it off and will try with socks next time. I thought I could tighten the buckle to stop the “sqeaking” but realized it was a velcro attachment with a decorative buckle.. strange for $110 price point. I do love a good black clog/mule for work so I’m going to keep them. Not many shoes feel good straight out of the box for me!!

The buckle is decorative only. The strap is secured using hoop-and-loop. I prefer a buckle on my shoes because hook-and-loop is not strong enough and does not last long. Otherwise the fit & support is good, though it does run a bit small. Styling is lovely but I need a real working buckle!

So many happy surprises. I expected these to look a bit frumpy but actually they’re very stylish clog-type shoes that look great with anything. I got them in camel—the color is more orange than tan (the pictures are accurate), which I also like. The footbeds (feetbed?) are sooo cushy. Their first trip out was a museum excursion, and I didn’t think about my feet once. Also love that the strap is actually velcro.

The style of these shoes is cute as can be, but comfort-wise they seemed a bit small (both in length and width), and I found the “cuteness” of the insole irritating to the bottom of my bare feet. Maybe with socks the irregularity of the elements of stitched-on leather wouldn’t be so noticeable, but I didn’t have to walk too many steps in these to know that a real-live walk would not turn out well.
Those points alone would have had me sending them back, but what shocked me before I even tried them on was the color. Or rather the extreme lightness of the color, compared to what was shown in the listing as “Teal.” Not even close. I was so looking forward to the lovely deep teal shown in the photos. To give you a solid idea of what you will be getting if you order these shoes in “Teal,” see the attached photo.
:o( Back they went, the very next day.

These are cute! I was looking forward to wearing them! When I tried them on they were too short in length. Also the inside felt too flat—no support. My heel was hitting the stitching in the back. Also they just were not as comfortable as my Dansko shoes. So back they went and I ordered red Dansko shoes instead which fit perfectly and are super comfortable. They are very cute shoes, but after trying them on I knew immediately that they were not meant for my feet.

By far, the MOST comfortable, versatile shoe I have ever bought. I’m back to buy 1-2 more pairs in different colors. I wear them probably 5 times/week and, from the first second I put them on, they have never given me any grief. Even without socks – the most comfortable shoe I have. I keep them right by bed so I can just slip them on and go.

This is a really cute shoe and one I was hoping would work for me. Unfortunately, the way the strap came across my foot was uncomfortable and loosening the strap didn’t allow the velcro to grip solidly enough. I could hear the velcro trying to loosen as I walked. I had to return them, but for someone whose arches are not as high as mine, they should be fine.

The strap “buckles” with velcro and feels like it will start to pop off as the shoe and the velcro wear out over time . Returned due to this insecurity but almost kept them because they are so cute and comfortable.

I know I have big feet so I ordered both possible sizes. They run small, I wear a US women 11 and had to keep the 12. The color is not as red as in the photos. Seems almost faded in a way. My family is having a lot of fun teasing that they are pink! I still love them and they look amazing with jeans!

These shoes run REALLY small. I normally wear a size 9 1/2 W (40 in Dansko), but needed a size 42 in these. But once the sizing is right, they are really comfortable.

I liked the Cookie boots so much that I decided to look at other shoes of this style. These mules have the same sole as the boots, and a very cute upper. Like the boots, they felt initially snug, but within a few steps they adapted to my feet and feel and look fine. A keeper.

I have only worn these shoes about eight times, and the fretwork is too fragile and has ripped. I was hoping for more life out of the shoe. So disappointing.

Love them. Exactly as described.

I love these shoes. They are adorable and extremely comfortable to wear with a little sundress I received so many compliments wearing them.

I love these shoes! So comfy for my wide feet and super styley. I only wish they came with shoe polish of the exact right color because I have worn them to death!

I love these shoes. They are just beautiful. And comfortable. I got them in camel which looks quite orange on my computer screen and is a more neutral color in real life. But they are gorgeous!

I really like the style and they are very well made. But, as other reviewers indicated, they run small. I ordered my usual size of 7.5 -8, which ran too short. So I ordered the 8.5, which had a better length but the toe box is very roomy which adds to the tendency of my feet to slide forward when walking. Overall, just not a good fit for me. Sadly, they need to go back.

I normally wear a 39, but it was too small, both in length and width. I loved the style so much I ordered a 40, and it was still felt too tight in width, although the length was better. I think the real problem is the height of the upper part of the shoe. If you are looking for a Dansko-like fit, this is not the shoe for you.
