Beautiful shoes! I wear a true 8.5M and these shoes would never fit a size 9 foot as stated. They are a snug 8.5, but very comfortable.

This shoe is one of the most beautiful shoes I have ever laid eyes on…and it is too small for me! BooHoo. Really nicely made with elastic inserts for easy on and soft padding at top of heel serving the same purpose. All I can say is, I wish it came in size 43! (I think they run a bit small.)

I love these shoes. Very comfortable, can wear these all day without even thinking about taking them off. I wouldn’t say they felt a half size smaller than marked, but maybe slightly smaller. Usually this size is slightly big on me, but these are not. Can’t wear thick socks.

They are so cute, but I tried both my regular size and a half-size larger,and they just don’t work. The smaller size is tight, the larger size just too big even with heavier socks or double socks. They are a thinner leather, and seem as they they’d be really comfortable if only they fit properly. I can’t imagine how the 39 could fit an 8.5-9, I usually wear a 7.5 they were just a little too big. This company has cute designs but needs to work on sizing.

These shoes are beautiful and comfortable. They seem to weigh less than similar Dansko clogs. Unlike Dansko, the heel of the shoe is soft and fitted to the foot although, I believe, they are still designed to slide when walking. As others have mentioned this brand tends to run small. I usually wear a size 8, and European size 39 usually fit loosely. These shoes, in a size 39, just fit with my toe grazing the front. I have a long narrow foot, and although clogs, these shoes fit snugly.

Be careful when ordering these shoes…they run about 1.5 sizes too small. I am a size 11, and my mom is a 9, and they fit her perfectly.

Wow. These shoes are so comfortable. I read all the reviews and took a chance on the 5.5 – 6, and my feet are so happy that I ordered it in another color! It’s almost impossible for me to find shoes that fit me right; I’ve been told I’m a 5 double wide, and there’s very little available in that size. These are very roomy for my wide feet (I can even wiggle my toes) and not too long like most are.

These shoes are cute and great for winter. They slip on easy and I can run errands in them. The arch support is awesome. But the leather is stiff and the foot bed feels hard after a couple of hours. The elastic on top helps since the leather is stiff and that’s why they are so easy to slip on. I can’t wear them the whole day without my feet feeling tired. I’ve been looking for something more feminine and not as heavy to replace my Dansko clogs but still searching. I’ve kept them for errands.

I already knew to order a size up. Normally a European 36, I selected a 37, and they fit fantastically well. I can even wear thin socks with these. This is a darling shoe. My only frustration is the country of origin: China. I usually do not keep purchases with this COA, but capitulated this time.

I normally wear an 8, tried on a 38 in a store and it was perfect, ordered the 38 and it was too short, exchanged for a 39 and it was flipping off my head, so disappointed because they are sooo comfortable.

For some reason the L’artiste Burbank runs 1/2 size small. I usually wear an 8 or an 8.5 but need a 9 in this shoe. It is very comfortable and quite stylish. I have wide feet with a high instep and this is a good shoe for my type of feet.

I bought these in purple and they are so darn cute!! They look great with my scrubs and I get all day comfort while wearing them. I did wear thicker socks the first time I wore them and they felt snug so I thought I may have ordered the wrong size. When I wore them again, I made sure to wear thinner socks and they were perfect. I usually wear an 8/8.5, I got the 8.5, fit perfect. Don’t second guess your purchase, just do it!!

I am a nurse and needed some good support shoes. Bought them in April and last week they split at the seam. I wear them 2 days/ week for 12 hour shifts. Disappointing for the price

Fit and size are as expected. With this brand I always order sz 39 instead of their recommended 38, partly to get the arch in the correct position for my feet and party because I really normally wear a sz 8.
This pair is going to be returned because it is not “gray” at all, as indicated in my order and on the box. It is, instead, very much a taupe color and I have nothing to go with that color now. I love the shoes and will wait until a color I want is in stock with the size I need.

The shoe itself is a good fit and very comfortable. However the started to fall apart after 6 months and for the price I feel they should have lasted quite a bit longer

I really wanted this shoe to fit but it has such an odd fit – the footbed curves up at the front and the heel is loose fitting. Since there’s a slight elevation, it felt like gravity pulled my foot forward. So my toes jammed into the front while having extra room in the heel. Otherwise the length would have been fine. If I went up in size, it definitely would be too big. Disappointed.

These are like wearing a glove! I have had tons of compliments & where did I get them I tell everyone to shop at Zappos you can try them in the house & if there is a problem you call & they email you a return label for free return!

I was very disappointed when I tried to put on these shoes. I had taken other reviewer recommendations to order a size up. I wear a 40-41 (European size) or 9 1/2 (USA). I ordered a 42 (11 USA) and it still was too small! I could cram my foot in with a shoehorn but my feet where screaming “get me out of here”. However, I gave 5 stars for the style as the shoe was beautiful and well constructed. It is a shame but these are going back.
