We gladly accept returns of unworn, undamaged merchandise in its original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Please note the following exceptions:
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our high standards of hygiene and quality, the following cannot be returned:
- Footwear showing signs of wear (including but not limited to: scuffs, creases, or dirt on soles)
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
